NISM Series III C - Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Fund) Question Bank details
The NISM Series-III-C : Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Fund) Certification Examination aims to establish a common minimum knowledge benchmark for all individuals performing compliance functions with SEBI-registered intermediaries, including Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). This is a mandatory exam as per SEBI rules.
The examination consists of 100 questions of 1 mark each and should be completed in 2 hours. The passing score on the examination is 60%. There shall be a negative marking of 25% of the marks assigned to a question.
